Cooking Chicken Legs Microwave

This trip to Tanzania is not under good party .....
The first "blow" was the fall of Graziella, which caused the fracture of the radius and the resulting plaster cast of his right arm. Fortunately, the fingers and elbow are still free, so Graziella, which fortunately is left-handed, has stubbornly decided that would not have given up on this new adventure.
But unless a departure from settiana Mauro took a good influence, complete with fever, cough and sore throat.
Now I hope it does not touch to me, though I've already run some risk, and falling long expanse of the Auditorium in the lobby of where I live, because of an unforeseen slipped on the wet floor. However
fingers crossed and hope that the time these days, which has knocked many European airports (including Paris) there do other tricks, especially on December 26, the day of departure.
This time we are three: me, Graziano and Mauro and after a short flight from London to Paris will take us, we will embark for Nairobi, arriving late in the evening. The next day, by bus, we'll move in Tanzania
For the organization of our stay we relied on an agency Moshi, whose owner, after numerous contacts occurred between us, made sure to meet all our demands.
Our main goal is to climb Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa, although we are perfectly aware that it weighs about a lot of unknowns, not least the share ...
say then that we will try to get to the top of the "mountain" and if not we will succeed, we will withdraw in good order. Driving along the Marangu Route
, the only way to climb that includes overnight accommodation in shelters, with the peak reached in 5 days + the time required for the descent.
then completed our trip with a visit to the Parks Ngorongoro and Serengeti .....

Belladonna Herpes 2010

MONTE Sampler of

is not the first time thanks to the weather, which has become increasingly reliable, we can "catch" a good day to go in the mountains.
choose the only window of good weather that pops up in a succession of days disrupted.

Decide the goal this time is not easy after snowfalls have occurred even at low altitude, it takes a beating and secure place.
Mauro proposes Pass Campelli, from funds, part of Schilpario, but I'm unconvinced, although I really like this area and that it considers suitable for hiking and snowshoeing.
The problem is the difference!
600 meters in altitude seems to me a few for those who want to train for a challenging climb that I, Mauro Graziella and we plan to accomplish by the end of December.

But in the end that's where we go!

leave the car in the parking lot of funds that are about 9:00 am and the thermometer indicates -8.
Snow, after all, is not bad and Mauro ski socks, but we expect to make snowshoes because the fund holds well.

along a path that is not never too steep, in a short time we reach the hut Cimalbosco, where the Rifugio Bagozza and soon after we leave the forest in a scenario that always leaves me open-mouthed: on one hand the snowy slopes of Gardena and samples, crossed by several skiers, and the other the amount of Cimon Bagozza rocky channel with the steep snowy uncut.

decided to proceed to the hut where Campelli heated by a warm sun, we stop to put on snowshoes, and then head back to the past, but suddenly the track of some hikers that precede us seems so inviting, we choose to follow it up to the summit of Sampler of arrrivare.

At this point the climb becomes steeper, but the number of zig-zag help mitigate the slope and reached the summit , we can just touch the cross and then descend to the valley, where the cold might be a little less pungent.

Meanwhile, the expected arrival and in bad weather seems threatening clouds hanging over mountain tops.
After a brief stop at the hut for lunch, we resume the way back, while a few flakes of snow begin to twirl in the air chilly, making the landscape even more "Nordic".

course Mauro with his skis slipping away fast and light on the snowy slopes, giving us at least a quarter of an hour of posting, but all we get satisfied with the car to be able to "token," that this day would also have been lost.

WEEKEND IN PRAGUE

This time we are in 7, all women, and our destination is Prague, a city that I visited, in haste, some twenty years ago, but I want to rediscover a slower pace and in greater depth.

We leave early Saturday, Oct. 23 at 8:30 am and we are already in Prague, where it waits for a taxi that will take us the hotel to deposit luggage.
We decide to spend the day exploring the Mala Strana, the "small area" and walk through a maze of alleys where time seems to stand still , we went to the Charles Bridge crowded with tourists, who cross to take the road that leads to the castle.

We come to the baroque Malostranské namesti square where stands the church of San Nicola and here we take Nerudova , flanked by eighteenth-century buildings still intact, they are on some coats of arms, which once accounted for the profession of the owner.

The three violins, home of famous makers

The castle is a sort of citadel walls which arise between the various buildings of great interest.

guests enter the root and enter the first courtyard where to buy tickets for the visit with its "expensive" audio guide, then we go back to the entrance where we witness the changing of the guard at this time is accompanied by the music of some "brass".

The first building we visit is the Gothic St. Vitus Cathedral, located in the third courtyard, and is the largest and most magnificent cathedral in Prague.

After the Cathedral we expect the visit to the Royal Palace with its immense Vladislava Hall, which dates back to 400 and where there is even games on horseback .

Eventually we enter the Basilica of St. George, one of the oldest buildings in Prague, whose appearance and style are often changed over the centuries .

visiting this large complex of buildings we take away almost all the day and it is already late afternoon when we reach the exit and we find ourselves on the walls for bird's-eye .

We are tired, and the four that we are awake and that is a lot of time tripping .....
But there are those who still have enough energy to visit the National Gallery and who like me, needs to sit down to sip something hot!
We gather together after an hour or so and left the castle to return to the Charles Bridge and walk along the river Kampa island, the perfect place to take a leisurely stroll before dinner. Legii reach the bridge, we travel to return to the long-Stare Mesto and the Vltava river that borders We can enjoy the beautiful night view of the Castle .

Let's go back to our hotel and then down the road we stopped for dinner at a restaurant certainly economic, but rather poor quality.

The next morning, already early in the morning we go to Wenceslas Square, which is located in New Town, and we cross the street Na Prikope, a pedestrian street lined with shops still closed, which leads to Namesti Republiki, near which rises the Powder Tower and Municipal House, one of the most significant Art Nouveau buildings in Prague.

Celetna We take off and reach the magnificent Old Town Square, overlooked by some historic buildings behind which stands the Church of Santa Maria di Tyn, a beautiful example of Gothic architecture, whose spire dominates the entire square and looks like something out of a Disney fairy tale.

Shortly before 10:00 we face the astronomical clock tower and watch the animated show that accompanies every hour: the Death, represented by a skeleton, a bell sounds and a reversed clesssidra and the statues around it, shake their heads by refusing his invitation. Now open two small windows at the top, there are the statues of the twelve apostles at the end of the procession and a rooster crows and a trumpet player in the flesh Chud representation.

After a thorough tour of the Piazza reach the Jewish quarter and we put ourselves in line to enter the famous "graveyard" that guide the hand, visited along a fixed course.

leaving the cemetery we visited the Hall of Ceremonies and the museum is now taken by the pangs of hunger are looking for a restaurant, even a pizzeria, where consuumare a "bite" and relax a while. Our choice falls on a place where we can enjoy a good Italian pizza and then back again in the district Hebrew where we enter the Old-New Synagogue, the oldest European synagogue but is still the main place of worship in the community of Prague.
last half of the day is the Monastery of St. Agnes, the oldest Gothic building in the entire Czech Republic, founded in 1200 by St. Agnes of Bohemia, sister of King Wenceslas I, who was the first Superior.

After dinner spend the evening wandering around squares and streets of Old Town, and dive into the crowd of tourists and enjoying the atmosphere of "magic" and suggestive of this city.

Birthday Invitations Wording For 18th Birthday

UP TO THE WHITE BALL

E 'for so long that I do not go up the ice!
I try to make room for the mind trying to remember when was the last time, perhaps up to the Barre des Ecrins with Mauro, Claudio and Fabio, a few years ago ... .. Graziella
This time offers us the stimulus: it is a few months we intend to get on the ball White, a mountain unknown to us and that is never part of our objectives, perhaps because of the distance. We accept the proposal that, if it were not for the insistence Graziella, highly motivated, it might fall into the "back burner".
finally managed to reach agreement Saturday, Sept. 4 and depart for the Val Venosta taking the road less fast, but definitely shorter and more scenic, one that crosses the Stelvio Pass.

The road up to Passo

of time and then we can afford to blame comfortable.
Glieshof reach the end of the Val Mazia, shortly after noon, where we parked the car. We review our materials and Graziella, with dismay, you realize you have left at home crampons. We try to convince her that surely will find refuge and a pair loaded our heavy backpacks on their shoulders begin our ascent.

we go!

The path climbs gently at first Oberettes refuge in the woods and reached the valley station of the cable car gets steeper, gaining altitude rapidly.

The weather is not great and sometimes falls a few drops of rain.

the shelter under the roof of the cable car station

In view of the Refuge

As always the eve of a tough climb are torn between the desire to reach the goal and the fear of not succeeding, and so, again, I find myself thinking "I hope that it will rain" so you have a good excuse to quit.
But, damn, I do not ever goes well .....!!!!
At Refuge we are greeted by the manager who assigns us a room to ourselves and we immediately recover not one, but two pairs of crampons, to the satisfaction of Graziella can even choose one that best suits your needs.
So, between tea and a short siesta, we take evening!
There are few visitors, but fortunately we are not alone in wanting to deal with The White Ball, there is another group that will start the morning with us. We have dinner
plenty of talking about this and that and then go to bed, knowing that you have a few hours of sleep available. In fact, the alarm rings at 4:45 and at 5:30, after breakfast, we take the path still in the dark and rough ice which leads to a saddle at about 3,000 m. level. Even here in terms of steepness and do not mess around while I go, back to the surface a concern not to do it because I seem to be in trouble already. Fortunately (or unfortunately if I think back), not just after the pass the trail descends to at least 150 m. dimension on the front of Glacier Mazia and this allows me to catch up on some 'forces. After the first steep snowy slope and then we stop to harness and tie.

crampons do not fit because a layer of snow about thirty cm. fell in the days before the glacier covers candidly making slow our pace and forcing us to pay attention to small but treacherous crevasses, scattered 'over the entire surface, which were covered by the recent snowfall. We roped in front of the other tracks and that makes this helps, but not enough, the effort is still so much! The rising sun illuminates the peaks of the first peaks of the mountains and then gradually spreads its light on everything around us making the landscape "magic".
course, the wild and imposing inspires a kind of awe and one feels really small and only in the face of such greatness.
I follow my team leader trying to keep up with him and I think this is the thing that bothers me most during a climb of ice: the need to maintain the pace of those in front of me, without having the opportunity to stop and look around , take a picture, take a sip of water, rest a moment. I am unable to keep pace for much of the route, but at some point, my hand gets heavy and I have to continually ask to slow down.

alllora adopt the system of counting the steps: 40 steps and then a short break, another 40 steps and stop again. So we arrive on the plateau at the base end of the ramp, where you connect to the route that goes from Rifugio Bellavista and crossed by numerous teams. I realize that they can not stop my friends and intimate them to proceed without me. They have some hesitation to leave me alone, but I insist and after I assured share towards the top. They too are tired, I understand from their slow gait, but probably have some reserves of energy in more than me or maybe it's just more determination, I do not know ......

The final ramp
them look long, but there seemed to be the top, trimmed in hand .... After two hours of waiting I start to worry, it's cold and takes a chill wind and the expanse of ice that surrounds me only increases my sense of loneliness.
But here come the three who preceded us on the glacier, I recognize them by the laughter that accompany their speech, and I confirm that Mauro and Graziella reached the top and are falling. I scan carefully the snowy slope that is in front of me and here improvvisameente see them get off and head towards me.
Our group comes together and tell me to what has been busy along the final ridge and had to wait several ropes to descend to be able to go back. Their customer service is great and I can not help but be happy for their success.

then go down the glacier with crampons, but the snow quality favors the formation of a thick base, so we take our "tools" and proceed safer and determined, as well as faster. At the end of the glacier is waiting for us, alas, a steep climb to get to the pass.

Resigned, we face the latter slope that seems to never end and then down quickly to the hut, his feet are now aching to read it and also because of blisters. Our physical
claim a break, but we can not stop long, it's almost 5:00 in the afternoon and we go down to begin the journey of ritono home, where we arrived it is now midnight.
'm happy with my small business, although not quite up to the summit, but after this I think I'll climb as Graziella, hang my spikes to nail, even if the reasons that lead me to this decision are probably different from yours.
just think it's time for me to go to the mountain in another way ....
